A&E Freedom Escapes Program Disclosures

These Program Disclosures provide important information about A&E Freedom Escapes LLC (“A&E Freedom Escapes,” “AEFE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the AEFE membership program, and the travel-related benefits, services, resources, and third-party offerings that may be made available to eligible Members.
These disclosures should be read together with the A&E Freedom Escapes Terms and Conditions of Membership, Privacy Policy, applicable membership enrollment documents, Benefit-specific terms, and the terms of any independent third-party provider involved in a particular booking, purchase, Benefit, or transaction.
About the AEFE Program
A&E Freedom Escapes operates a paid lifestyle-travel membership-access program.
Membership provides eligible Members access to travel-related benefits, booking resources, travel planning tools, educational resources, member support, and other features made available through the AEFE program.
AEFE is not a timeshare, vacation-ownership company, hotel, resort, airline, transportation provider, or tour operator.
An AEFE membership does not provide ownership of real property, a timeshare interest, a deeded or fractional interest, or a guaranteed recurring right to occupy any specific resort, property, unit, or accommodation.
Members purchase access to the AEFE program and the Benefits associated with their membership tier during the applicable Membership Term.
Membership Eligibility
AEFE memberships are available only to eligible individuals who:
are at least 18 years old;
have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
reside in a U.S. jurisdiction where AEFE currently offers memberships; and
satisfy applicable AEFE enrollment requirements.
Memberships are intended for personal, non-commercial consumer use.
AEFE may verify residency, identity, eligibility, or other information where reasonably necessary to administer the program or comply with applicable law.
Geographic Availability
AEFE does not currently offer, accept applications for, or sell memberships to residents of the following states:
California, Florida, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.
Availability may change as legal, regulatory, or program requirements change.
Void where prohibited.
Membership Term
AEFE’s Voyager and Elite Escape memberships are currently offered for a fixed twenty-four (24)-month Membership Term beginning on the Membership Effective Date.
The Membership Effective Date is the date AEFE approves the Member’s enrollment and activates the membership.
AEFE memberships do not automatically renew.
If AEFE offers another membership or program following expiration of a Member’s Membership Term, participation requires a separate enrollment under the pricing, benefits, eligibility requirements, and terms then in effect.
Membership Benefits
Depending on the membership tier selected, eligibility requirements, program availability, and applicable third-party terms, AEFE membership may provide access to benefits and resources including:
AEFE Travel Marketplace
Members may access an online travel marketplace that provides third-party travel inventory and booking functionality.
Travel inventory may include eligible accommodations and other travel-related products or services made available by independent providers.
Availability, inventory, pricing, taxes, fees, cancellation rules, refund rules, and other booking terms are established by or through the applicable third-party provider.
Travel Opportunities
Eligible Members may request or receive access to supplier-provided promotional Travel Opportunities according to the quantity, type, eligibility requirements, and other conditions applicable to their membership tier.
Travel Opportunities are promotional benefits provided at no additional charge to eligible Members. They are not separately sold by AEFE and have no cash or retail value except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Travel Opportunities are subject to applicable Supplier rules, availability, registration or activation requirements, redemption requirements, booking deadlines, travel windows, restrictions, and other conditions.
Hotel Savings Benefits
Eligible Members may have access to Hotel Savings Benefits that can reduce a Member’s out-of-pocket cost on qualifying hotel transactions.
Hotel Savings Benefits are subject to applicable program rules, eligible inventory, availability, redemption requirements, limits, expiration provisions, taxes, fees, and applicable third-party terms.
Dining Benefits
Eligible Members may have access to restaurant- or dining-related benefits provided through independent third-party programs.
Dining Benefits may be subject to participating locations or offers, activation requirements, redemption conditions, expiration, fees, exclusions, geographic availability, and other third-party terms.
Travel Planning Tools
AEFE may make travel-planning tools available to Members, including planning resources, checklists, templates, itinerary features, destination resources, and similar tools.
Travel Education
AEFE may provide Members with educational resources such as travel-planning guidance, videos, destination information, checklists, guides, and other educational materials.
AEFE Travel Store
Members may have access to an AEFE Travel Store containing travel-related products, services, or offers.
Certain products or services available through the Travel Store may be sold, supplied, processed, shipped, or fulfilled by independent third parties and may be subject to those parties’ separate terms.
Benefits May Vary by Membership Tier
The number, type, availability, allocation, and service level of particular Benefits may vary depending on the membership tier purchased.
The membership tier presented to a prospective Member during enrollment will identify the principal Benefits associated with that membership.
Not every Benefit, feature, Supplier, property, destination, product, restaurant, or travel service is available to every Member at all times.
No Guarantee of Specific Savings
AEFE does not represent or guarantee that Members will achieve any particular amount of savings.
AEFE does not guarantee that a rate or price accessible through the AEFE program will always be lower than every publicly available rate, promotional price, loyalty rate, package price, negotiated price, or other price available elsewhere.
Travel prices and potential savings may vary based on factors including:
destination;
property;
travel dates;
length of stay;
inventory;
availability;
Supplier;
booking conditions;
promotions;
taxes and fees; and
market conditions.
Any examples of prices or savings shown in AEFE marketing materials are illustrative examples and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that identical or comparable savings will be available for another Member, destination, property, or travel date.
No Guarantee of Travel Availability
Membership does not guarantee availability of any particular:
destination;
resort;
hotel;
room;
property;
flight;
restaurant;
itinerary;
transportation provider;
Supplier;
travel date;
promotional Travel Opportunity; or
third-party product or service.
Travel inventory and promotional Benefits may be subject to availability, capacity controls, blackout periods, minimum advance-booking requirements, travel windows, redemption deadlines, property restrictions, peak-period limitations, Supplier terms, or other conditions.
Availability may be especially limited during holidays, major events, peak travel periods, weekends, or other high-demand dates.
Travel Opportunities May Require Additional Payments
Although eligible Travel Opportunities may be provided as promotional Benefits at no additional charge by AEFE, using a Travel Opportunity may require Members to pay expenses or charges imposed by an independent Supplier or direct provider.
Depending on the particular opportunity, these amounts may include:
taxes;
activation fees;
redemption or recovery charges;
tourism or destination fees;
airport or agency fees;
resort fees;
property fees;
transportation;
airfare;
transfers;
rental vehicles;
meals and beverages;
parking;
gratuities;
incidental expenses;
fees for additional travelers;
upgrades; and
other travel-related expenses.
The specific requirements applicable to an individual Travel Opportunity are disclosed through the applicable Benefit materials, activation or registration process, booking process, Supplier terms, or confirmation documentation.
Members should review all applicable terms before activating, registering for, redeeming, or booking a Travel Opportunity.
Third-Party Providers
Many travel services and certain AEFE Benefits are provided, administered, supported, sold, or fulfilled by independent third parties.
These independent third parties may include travel inventory providers, booking platforms, hotels, resorts, merchants, promotional-benefit providers, technology providers, fulfillment providers, dining programs, transportation companies, or other service providers.
AEFE refers to these parties generally as Suppliers.
Each Supplier may establish its own rules relating to matters such as:
inventory;
eligibility;
pricing;
availability;
booking;
activation;
registration;
redemption;
taxes;
fees;
expiration;
cancellations;
refunds;
exchanges;
fulfillment; and
other conditions of use.
Members may be required to review and accept separate Supplier terms before using, activating, redeeming, purchasing, or booking a particular third-party product, service, or Benefit.
AEFE Is Not the Underlying Travel Provider
AEFE provides membership access, Member resources, travel education, planning tools, Benefit-request processes, access to third-party booking functionality, and Member support.
AEFE does not itself provide the hotel stay, resort stay, airline transportation, rail transportation, rental vehicle, transfer, restaurant service, or other underlying travel service selected by a Member.
Those services are provided by independent third parties.
The applicable third-party provider is responsible for fulfillment of its underlying product or service subject to its own terms and applicable law.
Transportation Disclosure
AEFE does not itself operate or provide transportation services.
Any airfare, rail service, rental vehicle, ground transportation, transfer, or other transportation selected or purchased by a Member is provided and fulfilled by an independent third-party provider.
Transportation is subject to the applicable provider’s own:
pricing;
schedules;
availability;
conditions of carriage;
change policies;
cancellation policies;
refund policies; and
other terms.
Supplier Changes
AEFE works with independent third-party providers to make various Benefits and services available to Members.
Suppliers, inventory sources, merchants, technology providers, fulfillment providers, and other third parties may be added, replaced, substituted, or discontinued over time.
No particular third-party Supplier is guaranteed to remain associated with AEFE for the entire term of a membership.
Subject to Supplier availability and applicable law, AEFE will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Benefits of substantially comparable overall value, in the aggregate, during the applicable Membership Term.
The appearance or identification of a third-party provider does not mean that the provider sponsors, endorses, guarantees, or assumes responsibility for AEFE or the AEFE membership program unless expressly stated otherwise.
Hotel Savings Benefits
Hotel Savings Benefits may be usable only with eligible hotel inventory or qualifying transactions and may be subject to specific program conditions.
A Hotel Savings Benefit does not necessarily apply to:
every property;
every room type;
every travel date;
taxes;
mandatory hotel charges;
resort fees; or
other amounts excluded under the applicable Benefit terms.
Availability and redemption rules may vary.
Hotel Savings Benefits should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular Member will save a specific dollar amount or percentage on any particular hotel stay.
Dining Benefits
Dining Benefits are subject to the terms of the applicable third-party dining program.
Available restaurants, merchants, discounts, certificates, offers, and participating locations may change.
Certain Dining Benefits may require payment of an activation or processing fee before use.
Applicable fees and redemption requirements will be disclosed through the applicable Benefit information or redemption process.
Dining Benefits generally have no cash value unless otherwise required by law and are not a substitute for cash or a general-purpose gift card unless expressly stated by the applicable provider.
Third-Party Bookings and Payments
Bookings or purchases made through third-party travel inventory or services are subject to the applicable provider’s terms.
Except for amounts separately payable directly to AEFE, such as the membership price or another separately disclosed AEFE charge, payments relating to an underlying third-party travel product or service may be collected by the applicable booking provider, Supplier, merchant, or direct provider.
Cancellation or refund rights for those transactions are determined by the applicable provider’s terms and applicable law.
Canceling an AEFE membership does not automatically cancel an existing third-party reservation or transaction.
Similarly, canceling a third-party reservation does not automatically cancel an AEFE membership.
Membership Price
The price of an AEFE membership is disclosed to a prospective Member before enrollment is completed.
The Member should review the total membership price and any applicable financing terms before accepting the membership agreement.
Promotional pricing, if offered, may be available for limited periods or under specific eligibility requirements.
AEFE does not require a consumer to purchase an underlying trip in order to review the general AEFE program information available on this website.
Third-Party Financing
AEFE may make independent third-party financing options available to qualified applicants.
If a Member elects financing and is approved, the financing provider may fund the applicable membership purchase.
AEFE is not the lender.
The independent financing provider determines and administers matters including:
credit approval;
interest or finance charges;
payment amounts;
payment schedule;
servicing;
late-payment consequences;
collection procedures;
default remedies; and
other financing conditions.
Financing terms are governed by a separate agreement between the Member and the financing provider.
Members should review the financing agreement carefully before accepting financing.
Financing Does Not Extend Membership
Using financing to purchase an AEFE membership does not extend or modify the membership’s fixed twenty-four-month term.
A financing repayment schedule may extend for a period different from the AEFE Membership Term.
The financing obligation and the AEFE membership are separate contractual relationships.
Stopping use of the AEFE membership does not, by itself, cancel or modify an independent financing agreement.
Cancellation Right
A Member may cancel an AEFE membership by providing notice to AEFE before midnight of the seventh (7th) calendar day following the Membership Effective Date.
The Membership Effective Date is the date AEFE approves the Member’s enrollment and activates the membership.
Cancellation notice is sufficient if it communicates the Member’s intention not to be bound.
If notice is sent by mail, it is considered given when properly addressed, postage prepaid, and deposited in the mail.
Members may submit cancellation notices to:
or by another cancellation method provided during enrollment or required by applicable law.
If a membership is timely canceled, AEFE will provide any refund required under the Membership Terms and applicable law.
Nothing in AEFE’s policies limits a cancellation or refund right that applicable law makes non-waivable.
Refunds After Cancellation
When a qualifying cancellation is submitted within the applicable cancellation period, AEFE will refund amounts received by AEFE as provided in the Membership Terms and applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law, the refund may be reduced by the value of a Benefit already used.
If a membership was funded through a third-party financing provider, any applicable refund may be returned to the financing provider or original funding source in accordance with the financing arrangement and applicable law.
Any credit or adjustment to a financed account is administered by the applicable financing provider.
Refunds After the Cancellation Period
Except where otherwise provided by the Membership Terms or required by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable after expiration of the applicable cancellation period.
Failure to use a membership or particular Benefit does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
Stopping use of the membership after the cancellation period does not automatically cancel an independent financing obligation.
Third-Party Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellation of an AEFE membership and cancellation of a third-party travel reservation are separate matters.
Hotels, travel providers, booking platforms, merchants, transportation providers, promotional-benefit providers, and other Suppliers may establish their own:
cancellation deadlines;
refund requirements;
change fees;
no-show rules;
non-refundable rates;
credit policies; and
other transaction terms.
Members are responsible for reviewing those terms before completing a third-party transaction.
Personal and Non-Commercial Use
AEFE memberships, Member accounts, Member dashboards, Benefits, educational resources, planning tools, and other Member-only resources are intended for authorized personal, non-commercial use.
Membership accounts and login credentials may not be sold, transferred, or shared except where AEFE expressly permits otherwise.
Members are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.
Family and Friends
Certain membership tiers may permit AEFE to designate eligible family members or friends to use select Benefits as specifically provided under the applicable program rules.
Any such use is subject to AEFE approval, Benefit availability, Supplier requirements, and applicable membership rules.
This does not make an AEFE membership generally transferable, and Members may not independently sell, transfer, or assign their membership or Benefits except where expressly authorized.
Prohibited Commercial and Competitive Use
AEFE’s Member-only materials, dashboards, workflows, Benefit structures, educational resources, and non-public business information are provided solely for legitimate Member use.
Unauthorized commercial or competitive activities are prohibited, including certain:
scraping;
automated extraction;
copying;
redistribution;
reverse engineering;
reproduction of Member-only materials;
credential sharing;
circumvention of account restrictions;
competitive intelligence activity; and
access obtained through false identities, proxy accounts, or concealed competitive affiliations.
Additional restrictions and remedies are described in the AEFE Terms and Conditions of Membership.
Member Accounts May Be Suspended or Terminated
AEFE may suspend or terminate access where permitted under the Membership Terms or applicable law, including for:
fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
material violations of the Membership Terms;
prohibited account sharing;
misuse of Benefits;
prohibited commercial use;
prohibited competitive access;
scraping or reverse engineering;
circumvention of access restrictions;
ineligibility to enroll; or
other material misuse of the program.
Any notice, cancellation right, or refund required by applicable law will be honored.
Travel Planning and Educational Information
Travel guides, destination information, educational resources, planning tools, recommendations, checklists, templates, and similar information provided by AEFE are intended for general informational and planning purposes.
Travel conditions, entry requirements, government requirements, schedules, pricing, destination conditions, and third-party policies may change.
Members are responsible for confirming information relevant to their individual travel plans with appropriate governmental agencies, carriers, Suppliers, or other authoritative sources before traveling.
Website Examples and Illustrations
Examples of destinations, accommodations, rates, savings, itineraries, travel experiences, Travel Opportunities, or Member scenarios shown on the AEFE website or in AEFE marketing materials are illustrative.
Photographs may depict destinations, properties, experiences, or general travel imagery and do not necessarily represent a property or experience guaranteed or currently available through a particular Benefit.
Past examples do not guarantee future availability, prices, savings, or travel experiences.
Changes to Benefits or Program Features
AEFE may update, modify, replace, add, suspend, or discontinue particular Benefits, features, delivery methods, Suppliers, technologies, or inventory sources from time to time, subject to the Membership Terms and applicable law.
AEFE does not guarantee that every particular program feature will remain identical throughout the Membership Term.
No Endorsement by Third Parties
References to or availability of third-party products, services, providers, trademarks, merchants, or Suppliers do not necessarily indicate that the third party sponsors, endorses, guarantees, or assumes responsibility for AEFE or the AEFE membership program.
Third-party trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Third-Party Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AEFE is not responsible for the acts, omissions, cancellations, service failures, pricing decisions, schedule changes, inventory changes, or performance of independent third-party providers.
Rights relating to an underlying third-party product or service are generally governed by the applicable provider’s terms and applicable law.
Nothing in these disclosures eliminates rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived or limited.
Member Agreement Controls
These Program Disclosures are intended to provide prospective and current Members with a clear general description of material aspects of the AEFE program.
They do not replace the A&E Freedom Escapes Terms and Conditions of Membership, applicable enrollment documents, Benefit-specific terms, Supplier terms, financing agreements, or legally required state-specific disclosures.
The Terms and Conditions of Membership govern the contractual relationship between AEFE and a Member.
If a legally required state-specific disclosure or non-waivable consumer-protection law provides greater rights than AEFE’s general policies, the applicable law or required disclosure controls.
