Explore accommodations, flights, airport transfers and car rentals in one booking platform. Airfare is excluded from the marketplace wholesale-pricing benefit.
Review the final booking price and any amounts payable at the property. Resort fees, deposits and incidental expenses may be separate.

Explore selected airfare-plus-hotel, resort, all-inclusive, Mexico getaway and cruise opportunities. Each issued offer has its own inclusions, traveler requirements, fees and availability.
Submit requests through the AEFE member portal during your active membership. Activate before the certificate expiration date and complete travel within the stated period, described as 24 months after activation for the listed offers. Follow any registration deadlines on the fulfillment form.
Redemption fees and required booking charges apply. Transportation, upgrades, extra travelers, resort charges and incidentals may be additional. Most listed offers require at least 30 days’ notice; some online resort inventory may be available with shorter notice.
The listed offers generally state one redemption per household every 24 months. Confirm the limit for each specific offer and your assigned allowance; do not assume every listed certificate is included or that one certificate’s policy applies to all offers.
Detailed provider terms generally prohibit transfers after activation and combining certificates for group travel. Refund policies differ by offer. Read the current certificate before paying, and do not book separate transportation before written travel confirmation.
Request eligible promotional hotel stays through the AEFE member portal. A request is not approval or confirmed travel. Destination and hotel choices depend on the specific offer and promotional inventory.
During the active 24-month term, eligible members may request one personal Destination Escape per membership year, up to two total, with at least 12 months between personal requests. Up to two additional family-and-friend escapes may be requested during the term without that waiting period.
The supplied offer sheet requires digital Destination Escapes to be activated within seven days of delivery. After activation, complete travel within 18 months. Allow at least 30 days before requested travel dates. Review the issued offer’s current terms.
Activation taxes and fees apply. Airfare, transportation, meals, beverages, gratuities, resort fees and incidentals may be additional. Mexico Destination Escapes are not all-inclusive. At least one guest must be over 21, and travelers must live at least 100 miles / 160 kilometers from the participating resort.
The supplied offer sheet describes a refund request or destination switch within 60 days after activation. After 60 days, activation is final and non-refundable. Once travel dates are confirmed, changes are not permitted; cancellation or no-show forfeits the activation fee.
These offers are for one room and cannot be combined with other promotional vacation offers or used for group travel. Some properties permit qualifying children, subject to occupancy and availability. Unrequested escapes do not carry over beyond membership.
Airport Comfort Passes provide an AEFE-funded contribution toward one-time, pre-booked entry to participating airport lounges. Amenities may include seating, Wi-Fi, charging, food and beverages, depending on the location. This is not an annual lounge membership.
Eligible active members may request up to two admissions in months 1–12 and two in months 13–24, up to four over the 24-month term. AEFE contributes up to $50 per admission. If an eligible admission costs more, approve and pay the difference before booking.
Each admission covers one named traveler for one lounge visit. A member and spouse normally require two admissions. Approved household-traveler use and child entry rules are subject to AEFE approval and provider terms.
Submit your request through the AEFE member portal or designated support channel at least seven calendar days before departure. Include legal traveler names, airport and terminal, airline, flight number, date, departure time and traveler count.
Access depends on participating locations, capacity, hours, terminal access and lounge rules. Bring the issued pass, same-day boarding pass and required identification. Entry and amenities are not guaranteed; reach your gate on time.
Unused first-year admissions do not automatically roll over. Admissions expire at the end of their benefit period and membership. Provider rules govern cancellations and restoration. An admission is generally used when AEFE commits the pass. Independently purchased access is not reimbursable without prior written AEFE approval.
This supporting benefit offers a designated potential-savings balance on eligible reservations through a separate provider platform. It complements the three main travel channels; it is not cash, a gift card or a prepaid stay.
Activate your code, review eligible reservations and apply the savings displayed for a booking. The full wallet balance cannot necessarily be applied to any chosen hotel. Remaining savings may generally be used on later eligible stays until depleted or no longer valid under provider terms.
There is generally no program-wide minimum stay; individual properties may impose one. Last-minute bookings may be available. Multiple savings codes cannot be combined within one account under the supplied platform rules.
Pay the remaining booking balance and applicable property charges. Reservations generally cannot be modified; cancellation follows the selected rate’s policy. Savings used on a canceled reservation generally are not returned to the wallet.
Provided in incremental dining certificates (up to your plan's total allocation) through the private dining benefits portal. Unlocks dining discounts of up to 50% across more than 100,000 participating dining locations nationwide, from local favorites to national brands.
A standard provider activation fee applies per voucher (unless prepaid by AEFE as part of select membership packages). Once activated, your dining balance is available in your digital account, and estimated savings are deducted as you claim and redeem specific restaurant offers.
Participating restaurants set specific terms (such as minimum purchase requirements, dine-in only, party-size guidelines, or valid days). Discounts typically exclude taxes, alcohol, and gratuity (tipping should be calculated on the total bill before discounts are applied).
Claim dining certificates when you are ready to dine. Printable vouchers generally carry a 14-day validity window from the date of generation, while mobile and digital offers follow the expiration dates displayed on the specific restaurant offer page.
