The displayed room rate reflects the total booking cost for all confirmed guests in the room. Clear, upfront pricing ensures full visibility with no unexpected base charges added at checkout.
Travel with confidence backed by 24/7 dedicated customer care for reservation assistance and trip inquiries. Complete your bookings safely through encrypted, personal payment links sent directly to your phone or inbox.
Your assigned benefit value is credited into your digital Savings Wallet upon activation. It is applied to reduce the booking price of eligible hotel and resort reservations through the private booking portal. It is a travel savings credit—not cash, a debit card, or a prepaid hotel voucher, and holds no cash surrender value.
You do not have to use your entire balance on a single stay; remaining savings roll over automatically toward future eligible bookings until depleted. There is no program-wide minimum night requirement, and same-day or last-minute bookings are available subject to property inventory.
Applicable savings vary dynamically based on the destination, property tier, room type, travel season, and length of stay, and are displayed transparently before payment. Under provider fulfillment terms, multiple savings codes cannot be combined into a single wallet account.
Members remain responsible for remaining booking balances, mandatory resort or destination fees, local lodging taxes, and personal incidentals. Confirmed bookings generally cannot be modified. Cancellation refundability is governed by the selected property's specific policy.
A promotional Travel Opportunity providing access to participating hotel and resort stays where qualifying base room rates are covered. Provided to eligible members at no additional charge with zero cash or retail value. No timeshare sales presentation is required.
Certificates must be activated within the activation window stated on your offer (typically 30 days from issuance). Once activated, you have an extended redemption period (generally up to 18 months) to complete travel. Reservations require advance notice and are subject to promotional room allotments.
Travelers are responsible for standard provider booking or recovery fees, applicable government and tourism taxes, property resort fees, and any optional peak-date surcharges. Airfare, ground transportation, meals, parking, and incidentals are not included.
Standard accommodations are designed for up to 2 adults (at least one guest must meet property age requirements, typically 21+). You must reside outside the destination's local market area (generally at least 100 miles / 160 km). Limited to one redemption per household within a 12-month period. Non-transferable and non-refundable.
A promotional Travel Opportunity providing access to curated hospitality packages, ocean cruises, all-inclusive resort getaways, or bundled airfare and hotel experiences through participating travel fulfillment partners. Available travel formats are subject to seasonal provider availability.
You must activate your offer before the expiration date indicated on your certificate. Following activation, members generally receive an extended booking window of up to 24 months to complete their travel. Advance reservation notice is required for all travel dates.
Each Signature Escape involves a required traveler contribution to cover partner reservation fulfillment, regulatory port taxes, airline ticketing fees, or mandatory resort charges. Specific fee schedules vary by destination, itinerary type, and travel season, and are itemized prior to final confirmation.
Limited to one Signature Escape redemption per household every 24 months. Designed strictly for individual household travel—promotional certificates cannot be combined, stacked, or used for group travel to the same destination on overlapping dates. Once activated, offers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Provided in incremental dining certificates (up to your plan's total allocation) through the private dining benefits portal. Unlocks dining discounts of up to 50% across more than 100,000 participating dining locations nationwide, from local favorites to national brands.
A standard provider activation fee applies per voucher (unless prepaid by AEFE as part of select membership packages). Once activated, your dining balance is available in your digital account, and estimated savings are deducted as you claim and redeem specific restaurant offers.
Participating restaurants set specific terms (such as minimum purchase requirements, dine-in only, party-size guidelines, or valid days). Discounts typically exclude taxes, alcohol, and gratuity (tipping should be calculated on the total bill before discounts are applied).
Claim dining certificates when you are ready to dine. Printable vouchers generally carry a 14-day validity window from the date of generation, while mobile and digital offers follow the expiration dates displayed on the specific restaurant offer page.
